Subject to the final commercial terms, the publisher may grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for its intended purpose.
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, users may not redistribute, sell, rent, circumvent access controls, use the software to provide unauthorized commercial services or interfere with network functionality.
Alpha, beta and preview software may change, contain defects, reset data or become unavailable. Testing participants may be subject to additional program rules.
If the final game supports user-created content or gameplay telemetry, the production EULA and privacy policy should specify ownership, licenses, moderation and data practices.
The license may end if users materially breach applicable terms. Provisions intended to survive termination may continue as permitted by law.
The software and associated intellectual property remain owned by their respective rights holders. The license grants use rights, not ownership.
Commercial distribution should use legally reviewed warranty, consumer-rights and limitation language appropriate to each supported jurisdiction and storefront.
